High Sierra Dining Club Terms & Conditions
- The membership is valid for two (2) or more people. One (1) person dining alone is not eligible for the discount.
- Members are privileged to receive one (1) complimentary entree in each of the restaurants listed herein, when another entree of equal or greater value has been purchased at the same time. Individual restaurants may list a maximum value of the discount you will receive.
- The membership is never valid with other promotions, with other promotional discount offers such as discount priced daily specials, early bird specials, "take-out" food, or in conjunction with other coupons.
- Members are not required to identify themselves before ordering, but the membership card must be presented after the meal to receive the complimentary entree. In an effort to assist the restaurant in the tabulation of the final check, it would be appreciated if you would display the membership card at the completion of the meal perhaps at the time of coffee, after dinner, drinks or dessert.
- Members are welcome to dine in groups of any size with the following stipulations: (A) reservations are suggested; (B) only one check will be prepared for the entire party; (C) a maximum of three (3) membership cards will be accepted for the parties of six (6) or more; (D) a 15% gratuity will be added to the gross amount of the check for all parties of six (6) or more.
- The membership is transferrable only between husband and wife.
- Two or more adult entrees must be ordered. A child’s plate is not considered the free entree. If a child’s plate is ordered in addition to the two adult entrees, the child’s plate will be paid for and the least expensive adult entree will be deducted.
- Pizza, a combination of appetizers, soup and salads are not generally considered an entree and are not included unless the restaurant makes an exception.
- Restaurants may impose a "Plate Charge" when dinners are shared.
- If good service has been provided to you, we strongly recommend a tip of 15%-20% based upon the TOTAL DINNER CHECK before the deduction of the free dinner. Being so considerate, you will ensure good service at the next place you visit and help guarantee quality restaurants for future participation.
- In the event a participating restaurant is unable to honor the Program (fire, flood or any other business interuption), High Sierra Dining Club is not responsible. Company policy is to maintain a minimum of 60 restaurants, but not necessarily more than 60.
- Additions, deletions and other changes will sometimes occur and members are invited to call our office (775) 322-9449 to receive the latest information or visit our website at www.highsierradiningclub.com
- Participating restaurants have matching information. By following the rules of the program, you will assure yourself an enjoyable and trouble-free dining experience. If you feel that any host establishment has not honored the program correctly, please pay them without dispute and contact us immediately. We will contact the restaurant and try to resolve the problem. You will be notified of our findings.
- Neither High Sierra Dining Club nor participating restaurants are responsible for lost, misplaced, mutilated or stolen membership cards. Cards will not be replaced free of charge. Membership card replacement is $5. Restaurant directory replacement is $5.

Lake Tahoe and Truckee restaurants also include December 20 - January 1 and all holiday weekends. Carson city restaurants include Nevada Day.
